This painting was done recently during our quarantine. I like the juxtaposition of the saturated colors of fruit and flowers against the white porcelain pieces and the white backdrop. I think all of the still life paintings i have done during this unprecedented time, that they have - for me - a bent towards the simple things, the essentials in life.
