This painting was done in mid February of this year. I often will take a photo of this view down my street, and i worked from a photo reference - but also kept looking out my window as this view is from right outside of my house. I love the warm light on the brick clad church at the end of the street. Particularly with the cool blue sky as the backdrop and the snow on the ground!
